The apartment is available to rent for short lets, minimum 2 nights, though longer lets would be considered. The apartment is not suitable for children but dogs are very welcome.
The apartment would also be ideal for somebody such as a writer looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat to work in. Rates will vary according to length of stay and time of year.
